The Student Internship in Latino/Hispanic Ministries Project will provide interested students (undergraduate or graduate) with the opportunity to learn and work alongside CBF field personnel in ministries to Latin American immigrants. Students will gain practical experience and insight as they combine good, sound social work and missiological principles in ways that result in effective ministry to immigrant families. The overall goal is to nurture and guide students who are interested in or sense a call to ministry and practice among Latinos/Hispanics to a greater sense of awareness of the needs and challenges of work with this population, particularly the immigrant community.
